How do Returns Work?

We have a 14-day return policy. After 14 days, items will no longer be eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. This means the item or item(s) must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in original packaging. This also includes other items inside the package such as freebies, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at nostalgiababimail@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted! Customers are responsible for all costs incurred when returning an item(s).


Lost Returns

Should the customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose the return parcel in question, it is the customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from said courier. We are not liable for any lost returns. We advise all customers completing a return utilize a reliable courier with a tracking option and insurance.


Refunds

Refunds are only deposited after items are received. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected said items and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Time may vary depending on your banking service.


Damages Upon Arrival

All items are shipped with insurance. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item or items are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item.


Exchanging Items

It is recommended you return the item in your possession first, then make a separate purchase for the new item you want afterwards.
