What is our Shipping Policy?

Processing you Order(s)
Once a product is purchased, your order will then move to processing. The processing time will vary depending on the item(s) purchased. Items made to order take longer than items that are one-of-a-kind or have a set stock. Due to these variable, it may take up to, but no longer than, two weeks to create, package and dispatch your order.
Cancelling Orders
Orders may only be cancelled if the package has not yet been dispatched and shipped. If your cancellation request is not approved for any reason, you must wait until the order is delivered and request a return. Please see the returns policy for more details (found under 'quick links'). Customized or personalized items are not eligible to cancellations after dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request for any reason. 
Customs Charges
You as the buyer are solely responsible for any charges relating to customs or duty in the location you have requested the product to be shipped to.
Shipping Options and Prices
Domestic shipping is tracked and prices may vary by weight/size of package. Shipping is FREE over $50. International shipping is tracked and prices may vary by weight/size of package. Shipping is FREE over $150.


Specifics on International Shipping

Prices shown during checkout do not include any additional taxes or customs fees you may be liable to pay on receipt of your package(s). Please consult your country's government website for more information on this topic and to learn more.
nostalgiababi is currently based in the United States. We currently utilize a shipping service that once your parcel leaves the States, and is then transferred to the local postal service, status updates may become limited. At that point, for more specific tracking it is recommended that you consult your country’s postal service site for updates.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that your delivery address is inputted correctly. We cannot be held responsible for any items not received due to incorrect delivery address. If an item is marked undeliverable due to incorrect delivery address, the item will be reissued. These reissued items will be subject to an additional re-delivery fee.


What is our Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. After 30 days items will not longer be eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. This means the item or items must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in original packaging. This also includes other items inside the package such as freebies, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted!
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred when returning an item/items.


Lost Returns

Should the customer′s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose the return parcel in question, it is the customer′s responsibility to claim compensation from said courier. We are not liable for any lost returns. We advise all customers completing a return utilize a reliable courier with a tracking option and insurance.



Refunds are only deposited after items are received. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected said items and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Time may vary depending on your banking service.


Damages Upon Arrival

All items are shipped with insurance. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item or items are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item.


Exchanging Items

It is recommended you return the item in your possession first, then make a separate purchase for the new item you want afterwards.
